This Modern Villa is located within a private urbanization on a quiet mountain on Margarita Island. A few minutes from the beaches, shopping centers and tourist attractions. It is a spacious Villa, open concept, with excellent lighting and pleasant decoration, the property is well equipped and has everything you need to make you feel comfortable and enjoy the magical experience of being on a mountain near the Caribbean Sea. The space It is a modern, quiet and bright space that has an open concept floor on the first floor with a spacious kitchen, dining room, a great room, private gym and an outdoor backyard. On the upper floor there is a small room overlooking the pool, three rooms decorated and well equipped for your rest and comfort. Each of the rooms has: -Double bed -Private bathroom with hot water -Hygiene items -Towels -Closet -Air-conditioning This second floor also has two outdoor terraces; one with a view of palm trees to the swimming pool of the neighborhood and another with a view of the highest mountain on Margarita Island; this one has a Jacuzzi and comfortable furniture where you can relax, sunbathe or simply enjoy this mountainous view with incredible sunsets. The Villa has potable water, Wi-Fi, Streaming, sound system, full equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, water tank and others. Guest access The Villa is located within a safe and quiet neighborhood that has common areas where you can enjoy and relax. The neighborhood has a large pool, one for children and a jacuzzi, green areas, a small basketball court, barbecue and playground. The parking lot is located right in front of the Villa. Other things to note -The Villa is shared with the host, who is sometimes located in an annex within the property, giving them privacy but willing to help them if they need it. -Maximum capacity 5 people + 1 additional without exceptions (including children). The additional person must be notified in advance and will have an additional cost of $40 per night. -Check-in is between 2:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. after 8pm, it has an additional cost of $30, and must be previously agreed. If you wish to arrive earlier (subject to availability) Early Check-in can be done between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m, for an additional cost of $30. Previously agreed. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m, if you wish to do a Late Check-out (subject to availability) and with a deadline of 6:00 p.m. the cost is $30. Previously agreed. -You will be assigned storage and refrigeration spaces in the kitchen area. -The Villa is fully functional, but electrical outages and failures in the contracted services may occur that harm us and are beyond our control. We do NOT have a power plant. -The Villa has a washing machine and dryer service for an additional fee. ($10 per washing machine) -We have a 5 thousand liter water tank that is supplied once a week. And it will be full upon arrival. Guests must make conscious use of water since if it runs out early there will be a $15 surcharge to hire a tanker. -Guests must respect the rules of the urbanization and the house. Otherwise the reservation will be cancelled, the money will not be returned and there could be penalties. -Utensils and furniture found inside the villa must not be removed from the property. If you lose or cause damage to any object or the house, you must replace it or cover 100% of its cost. -We offer private vehicle service with driver, guided tours to places of tourist and gastronomic interest, airport transfers and more... -You will also have the option to enjoy our themed brunches and dinners for an additional cost. -We have 2 dog pets named Gucci and Coco, naughty and playful. -If you bring a pet you must notify before booking and follow the following instructions: • The pet must sleep where it is assigned and must have its carrier or bring its basket or blanket where it usually sleeps and not use the sofa and beds. •Their owners must collect their needs and clean the area. • She will not be able to stay alone in the house. • Their owners are responsible for any damage the pet suffers from any incident and also for any damage it causes.
