The space Central Carolina Beach location. Ocean view off the boardwalk! Private pool & kiddie pool, private access to boardwalk & beach. Bike rack area & golf cart parking. Elevator on south end, 3 sets of stairs but you're on the first level (one set of stairs). Gated, secure building. 1 parking pass provided ask host ahead of time for an extra pass. Outlet available for EV charging but is very slow & limited access. Guest access Our guests have full access of the 2 bedroom condo on the ocean! Plus gated parking under the building (2 spaces with parking pass, first come, first serve) with overflow parking in the "Cabana Owners & Guests Only" spaces across the street. There are 2 lots with a pay for parking lot in between. Other things to note Dogs/pets are negotiable but please no cats. The owners have very severe allergies to cats. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR PET WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL! Thank you. One car parking pass is provided, if you happen to need two, please let the host know at least one week before you check in Lastly, PLEASE download the AirBnB app on your phone BEFORE you leave for your trip so you have quick access to ALL check-in instructions, access codes & your house manual.
