A fully accessible ground floor wet-room and shower with seat and grab rails provides excellent facilities for wheelchair users, disabled or accompanied disabled people. Property description Ground floor Kitchen/ breakfast room The attractive kitchen is well equipped with an electric double oven with gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. The kitchen table seats 6 with leather chairs Lounge/ dining room The large patio doors present a light, airy lounge, perfect for relaxing in this idyllic setting. A 32in LCD flatscreen TV with Freeview, DVD player, and internet access, a comfortable three seater leather sofa and a two seater leather sofa complete this comfortable lounge. Electric raising chair supplied in living room Bedroom 1 This master bedroom contains a super king size bed (or two twin beds as required), two bedside drawers and a wardrobe.
