There are 4 pools, restaurant, gym, play areas, spa, and more. Rio Mar is quiet and relaxing and offers a perfect place to spend time with the family and relax. The space The condominium is located on the 10th floor of the Pacific (3) Tower overlooking the entire property and miles of beach front. The front of the building faces south offering a panoramic of Rio Mar property and beach. Enjoy a fresh morning coffee or smoothie from the balcony and enjoy spectacular sunrise, sunset and evening views from the living area and alcove. The condominium is fully furnished with all the amenities and comforts of home. There are three bathrooms and two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a king size comfort foam mattress, TV and a private bathroom. For those staying in the master bedroom, the corner window offers a perfect morning view of the ocean. The guest bedroom offers the northern view of the mountains. The alcove is furnished with a queen size sleeper couch perfect for children. The condo has an open floor plan with ceiling high windows spanning the entire front for a remarkable beach and ocean view. The front living area is very spacious to enjoy the view, relaxing, watching the sunset or settling in for a movie. The center of the condo has a large dining area and seating for 6 where the family can gather for diner or spend the evening with family or friends. For those who like to enjoy a glass of wine, a small wine rack for temporary storage is provided. The kitchen is fully furnished for all of your gourmet cooking and baking needs. If you like to cook, you will enjoy the full size gas range and oven. For the smaller items, a counter top toaster oven and microwave are available. The refrigerator is equipped with a fresh water and ice dispenser. There are fresh fruit stands and fresh fish markets, along with multiple grocery stores, and other market stores for all of your necessities. The patio offers a south easterly view of the ocean and perfect view overlooking the entire property. For those of you who love to grill, a gas grill is included for your use. You can dine out on the patio or just relax around the table. Riomar is a gated residential property that offers a quiet and serene setting with all of the amenities of a resort. The main entrance is staffed 24/7 and each building has a lobby attendant until 10PM (M-S). The property also has roving security in the evening. Located on the main floor, there is a large entertainment area equipped with TVs', pool tables, ping pong tables, and games. You can also relax at the spa located adjacent to the 4th pool (salt water). Enjoy lunch, dinner or a cocktail from the restaurant, or if you’re feeling energetic spend some time in the gym. A short 2-minute walk will take you to pristine beachfront that is perfect for surfing, swimming, family activities and just relaxing. (Riomar Surf Club is located minutes away and offers classes.) At night the beach front is illuminated and offers a spectacular view from the condo. Panama offers a rich and diverse culture with many sites to see and visit. The Panama Canal being the most infamous is a must see. El Vale is a small mountain town near Rio Mar that has rafting, hiking and dining.
