Ummanz/Mursewiek is located on the west side of the island of Rügen, the holiday home is about 150 m away from the Bodden water, just before the island of Ummanz with a view of the Bodden at the National Park Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft. Our beautiful feel-good holiday home with thatched roof offers everything you want for a great vacation. The house has a living area of 120 sqm, the plot size is 688 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 people. Modern complete equipment with cozy couch corner, fireplace, flat-screen TV, large dining table (6 people), fully equipped kitchen with WMF appliances (coffee machine, toaster, kettle), coffee pod machine, Wi-Fi (internet), washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, etc. 3 bedrooms each with flat screen TV and safe. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with integrated Finnish sauna, walk-in shower, toilet and sink, upstairs there is another bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin. Terrace with lounge terrace furniture and 2 sun loungers, larger lawn, massive lockable storage for your bikes, motorcycles and sports equipment. 3 in-house parking spaces on the property. Various board games for small and large vacationers are present. For the kiddys there is a game box and books, outside a sandbox invites you to dig. In Gingst there is a supermarket with integrated bakery for your fresh breakfast rolls and other shopping. The Café Zuckerschnute in the parish barn and the Gartencafé Zuckerkuss (Wusse Nr. 11) invite you to homemade cakes and pies. Would you rather go fishing for yourself? = On the door door in about 200 m. In Waase (about 250 m) there is also possibility of renting a fishing boat. In addition, you can rent a pedal boat or a motorboat (without boat license up to 15 hp). Within walking distance is the Kliewe adventure farm and in 2 km you can reach the adventure farm Lange, each with a restaurant. On both courtyards you can enjoy home cooking, many things from your own production. In the farm shops you can buy many homemade treats and food. Also there is a big program for small and "big" children. In the immediate vicinity (about 350 m) you can swim (small natural beach in the summer months), in Suhrendorf you can swim, surf and kitesurf. Or visit the beautiful sandy beach of Prora and enjoy a nice extensive bathroom here. Directly at our holiday home (100 m), the Baltic Sea coast bike path and the Rügen tour with a beautiful section over the island of Ummanz leads past. We are happy to provide you with 4 adult bicycles on request for a minimum cost fee per week. (Very close to bike rental). Golfers can live out their hobby on the Karnitz Castle Golf Course or on the golf course in Sassnitz with Baltic Sea views. The island of Rügen offers countless opportunities for activities of all kinds. For example, be sure to visit the world-famous chalk cliffs, Königsstuhl in the Jasmund National Park, and take a round with the Roland (historic narrow gauge railway). In the summer months, a visit to the Störtebecker Festival is highly recommended. Or visit the car-free neighboring island of Hiddensee. The vacation home is a non-smoking home!
