We have preserved some of the original features of this historic building, such as original windows, exposed brick wall, staircase railing. Please note that Macedonian law requires that we charge each person 40 MKD a night in tourist tax. That is NOT included in the listed price. Guest registration with the authorities is required by law - you will be asked to submit through this platform ID for each guest before arrival for the purpose of registration. There is NO bed for a third person; by 3 people maximum we mean a small child as the 3rd person, sharing the bed with the parents or in their own crib. Inside the apartment, smoking of any kind is strictly forbidden! No animals are allowed either. We leave 3-4 toilet paper rolls and laundry pods, and limited amount of other supplies; the rest is on you. Last minute late checkout requests could incur a $10 fee. We try to provide our cleaner a living wage, but you are welcome to leave a tip too :) We ask that you kindly water the potted plants we have at the base of the staircase :)
