Fantastic place to stay for up to 8 people on the south shore of Lake Starnberg
The house was built in the late 80's in very generous open design. It is located on approximately 2 600 square meters of land with a beautiful garden directly on the lake and has a private dock and a small boat cabin. The house is wheelchair accessible (handholds, shower stool and elevator). It has two separate bedrooms, each with 2-4 beds a bedroom for 2 people in the living room and two more that way in the boat cabin in the bunk bed to sleep. Music fans will be delighted with the grand pianos, accordion and guitars, and bookworms will certainly be buzzing in our extensive library. On cold days, the fireplace warms the living room and is day is best enjoyed on the waterfront. The shore area is quite flat to the reed border, so that smaller children have fun at paddling. As Moorsee Lake Starnberg is usually a little warmer and the water is incredibly soft. The seabed is with us from sandy silt. The water quality is very good for years. Those who want to can for the duration of the stay and our rowboat or a LaserJet rent for sailing. The Yacht Club is located in about 400 meters from our dock. Art lovers are happy in Penzberg and in Buchheim Museum or use the close proximity to Munich and Weilheim with the host. And mountaineers will be close to the Garmisch mountains. Seeshaupt itself is a recognized resort and is located at 600m above sea level .. It covers an area of about 3 000 ha. Its beauty results in addition to its immediate location on Lake Starnberg particularly from the proximity to the Oster Lakes. This partly silted and swampy lakes form a marvelous contrast to the mountain range from Wendelstein to the Zugspitze, a prospect that attracted and inspired always been artists and nature lovers.
