The unit on the first floor consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and terrace. Our house is situated in Zadar 2.5 km from the city center. The space Villa is situated in touristic (west) part the city, 2.3 km away from the beach ( pebble beach, beach suitable for the children) , 2.8 km away from the old city center where guests can see all historical sights and museums. Within a few hundred meters you can find attractive yet inexpensive bars, fine restaurants, shops, a gas station and local bus station( 2 minutes away). Villa Niko has a 4 bedrooms, kitchen with a dishwasher, three bathrooms, one of them have a washing machine. The house has three terraces. Villa has indoor grill inside old Dalmatian stone tavern . The yard covers 700m2. The living space is 180m2 and features a covered parking for 5 cars. Around the house there is a well kept garden with fruit trees and olive trees. Guest access At the check-in I will show the guests around the house, give the keys, and give all information about the city. I will do my best to answer any question you have.
