Casa Bellavista is set in a former vineyard near the fishing and seaside resort of Santa Maria di Castellabate. The building has been restored with great attention to detail and with a special attention to the traditional Cilentan style. A total of 10 apartments are spread over the former main building and the three outbuildings. The "Casa Bellavista" is about 60 square meters, suitable for 2-4 persons and is located on two floors in the former manor house. The center of Santa Maria can be easily reached by car in a few minutes, on foot in about 25 minutes or by bus several times a day.
