The house has a large outdoor area, including a lush green garden with a chill out where you can admire the amazing sunset views enjoying a glass of local wine, or enjoy a morning breakfast among rosemary, jasmine and lemon tree scent. The house has a shady porch with a dining area overlooking the gentle hills of the Menorcan landscape. Its special lighting allows our guests to enjoy evenings in the garden. It also has a barbecue and private parking. The airport is only 25 minutes. A 10 minute drive you can reach Cala Galdana (an EU blue flag beach (given only to the best beaches that meet a high standard of water quality), ideal for kayak and boat rentals, with plenty of amenities , bars and restaurants. Only a 20 minute walk from Cala Galdana, following the "camí de cavalls" that borders the entire island, you can visit the two impressive beaches of Macarella and Macarelleta. Cala Mitjana, of great beauty, is also very close to the house. The town center, just a 3 minute walk from the house, has many shops and supermarkets. There is also public transportation. 5 minutes from home is the bus stop that connects with the main cities of Menorca. Ciutadella, with its impressive old town and the port, can be reached in just 15 minutes. One of the best nature trails on the island begins at the door of the house (Camí Reial).
