The full bath with shower and tub is also on the upper floor. On the ground floor is the comfortable kitchen, a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a guest toilet. Particularly noteworthy is the newly furnished living room. It offers many possibilities. Enjoy a dinner at the large dining table, a cozy evening on the corner sofa, a nice movie on the flat screen TV with the Dolby Suround facility or the chimney fire. On the covered terrace you can enjoy the day regardless of the weather, and your children can play in the sandpit or the play tower with slide and swing.
