In-law apt and basement are not included in the airbnb and are periodically occupied by the adjacent farm manager. Other things to note Pool will be open around May 16, 2025 and will be closed for the season September 18, 2025. Subject to change depending on the weather. There is a horse farm that is next-door that shares a driveway but is not a part of the airbnb property. The farm managers live in the in-law apt and basement apt, both connected to the house (separate outdoor space and entrance). They assist with cleaning the pool and maintaining it daily and can assist with anything that may arise. If nothing arises, you may not even see them!
