The space After spending time searching around different locations in Croatia, we stumbled upon the small village of Viganj and instantly fell in love with its unique rustic charm. We viewed many different sites in the area until we found the soon to be Villa Rosa and embarked on the journey of resurrecting the ruin to becoming a welcoming family home. Originally the villa was built approximately 300 years ago by a sea captain. The historic charm of the villa and village influenced us into ensuring that we kept to the true Dalmatian background when restoring the house into what it is now. We bought the house in 2004 and after 4 years of renovations we have carefully retained the original features but also offer a modern elegance. Villa Rosa is an ideal holiday home for families or a group of friends . It has its own private pool , which is surrounded by authentic stone walls to reinforce your privacy. There is a large outdoor BBQ perfect for entertaining. The waterfront property also offers 2 Kayaks , a laser pico sailing dinghy and 8 bikes to suit the family. Also a table tennis table guaranteed to keep you amused for hours.
