The space The cottage is located very close to the Brewery Arts Center, which is hosting summer outdoor concerts under the stars until 10 p.m. every Saturday through the summer. Other things to note PLEASE BE AWARE: When you make the reservation, you agree to terms that there is a strict no-pet rule. Guests who bring in unauthorized pets that have not been pre-approved by the host will be charged a $500 weekly fee as I am severely allergic to pet dander. I appreciate your understanding.
