You will have access to the ground floor of the house with private entrance composed of an entrance hall, a large living room of 45 m2 with open kitchen opening onto a south-facing terrace, a toilet and 2 large bedrooms with each 1 bed of 160 x 200 and its bathroom (shower - wc - sink). The floor is not accessible (private). It is possible to add an extra bed for 1 person in one of the bedrooms (80 x 200 m) Access to the swimming pool is by going around the house (south-facing garden at the back of the house without direct access - safe for children - lockable gate).
