This is a large one room efficiency with a brand new Queen sized bed, gas fireplace, sectional couch and recliner. Free Wifi is available and kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, coffee pot, toaster, blender, mini refrigerator pots and pans as well as all the cooking utensils. This is a smoke free space. Guests can smoke outside on the back patio. Guest access Guest will have private entrance to guest suite with provided key. Other things to note We have a friendly three year old German Shepard, and four cats upstairs. The pets do not go into the basement as it is a pet free space. Guests will need to feel comfortable with my dog, Nala, greeting you in the driveway and yard as you come and go. I like to introduce her to you so if you give me approximate time of arrival I will keep her inside.
