The space -Cozy lakeside cottage with 2 bedrooms featuring double beds / bunk bed and trundle & optional queen size air mattress and sofa bed for additional guests -All the amenities of home including a full kitchen, dining room table seats 4, kitchen peninsula w/ seating for 2 (bar stools) -TV/DVD/WiFi -Located on a full recreational lake with access to rentable boats/jet skis/kayaks, lots of lakeside restaurants/bars/area activities all year -Large yard/wrap around deck to enjoy spectacular views of the lake & outdoor activities (hammock/fire pit/dock & more!) **Small Beach Area / Firepit area / Chairs & Hammock area is a county owned property - other neighbors may use this space** **wanted to note that it’s a small space with a central HVAC (air) upstairs (the crawl space needs to be flood accessible as we are in a flood plain) located on the main floor and produces noise from the fan that some think is loud (see some reviews) There isn’t a way to turn it down but you can turn off the air and open windows or turn the temp up so it doesn’t run as much. We’re hoping in the future we can lower the unit into the crawl space.** Guest access Make yourself at home! Entire home is yours to use while you are here. There is an owners' / cleaning closet that does have a keypad. Dock not for use during off season when it is in yard - please do not put into the lake. Fully furnished cabin with full kitchen, grill, patio doors leading out to deck Adjoining lot / yard, hammock / chairs / firepit area / Beach is county property that guests are granted access to use. Please be conscientious of this while using and note that other neighbors may use these areas as well. Other things to note Smoke Free. Large lot - including area with firepit / chairs / hammock / beach area is a public lot - please be courteous to neighbors Pet Friendly - dogs ONLY, you are responsible for any damages by your animals Parking for 2 cars + boat/trailer - cabin located down the street from a public boat access.
