Third floor apartment #3. Cozy one bed apartment, fully furnished and all basics supplied. One queen bed, one twin bed and fold out single futon chair. I live on second floor, close by if you need me. I have two dogs, Lyla and Sampson that stay outside during the day. Former chicken guard dogs, now retired from guarding the flock. They guard the yard as though still on duty , no nefarious critters allow (skinks, bear, fox etc.) though and will beg for you to pet them by barking. The space On street parking, no smoking anywhere on property please, no pets at this location, phone access for local calls, lots of movies to select from, no need to bring anything but yourself. Smart T.V. connected to WiFi. Please no parties. Guest access Key with purple top lets you into the building, second key is to the apartment. Locks are a bit old, have to wiggle the key a bit, slide it back after fully inserted just a little bit. Please leave skit boots/ gear in the hallway on first level. No SKI BOOTS past the first floor. Other things to note There is a 4 legged welcoming committee, Lyla and Sampson. My dogs are outside during the day. They are big floofy white Great Pyrenees. We use invisible fencing and they will stop midway down the driveway and hope you come to see them and give them some love. Please ask before you feed them anything, sensitive tummies. There is now room for four!! Fold out chair added to living room. There will likely be kids coming and going from around the neighborhood in the warmer months in the yard and into my apartment.
