This above garage apartment is separate from the main house where owners live and has a private entrance and stairs. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, living room, large full bathroom, kitchen along with a walk-in pantry and walk-in closet. All new appliances. The space So if you are looking for a nice and quiet place to stay that is not your typical hotel room/motel, then this is your “home away from home”! Very close to MTSU! The place it set up for 4 persons, but an air mattress is available for 1-2 more people - we do have an extra $25 fee per day for every person above 4. Make sure to put the correct number of people staying so we can ensure enough bedding and towels for all as well as adding the extra bed if needed. Guest access Apartment only. No access to Back Yard.
