Nice and quiet, yet only a 5 min drive to a major shopping center and a short walk to the ocean where you can paddle out to the famous Sand bar! We live in the beautiful Lulani ocean neighborhood on Kaneohe bay. 1 block from the the ocean. The space It's a nice and cozy Studio with separate entrance and its own bathroom. It has a queen size bed, TV (to access your Netflix, Hulu and so on through provided internet service and Roku device), mini fridge and mini kinchennete corner with cooking top, microwave, toaster, blender, coffeemaker and dinnerware. Perfect for one or two guests. There is an no AC in this Studio. The Studio has two ceiling fans and one standing fan there. We have dedicated parking for one car for our guests, and are also conveniently located along the bus route although we recommend renting a car. Other things to note Parking. We only have enough space for one car per unit. If you have more than one car or are having someone visit please let us know in advance. This is a quiet and respectful neighborhood , you’re welcome to have guests ( refer to prior paragraph)but this is not a “party pad” and their is a 10pm noise curfew out of respect for our other guests and neighbors. Please only park on the ocean side of the street next to the house between the brick markers. Everywhere else is our neighbors parking. If you're not sure where you can park, please call us and we will be more than happy to help.Thank you. We do our best to be eco friendly and wash the towels with organic soap and hang dry them to lower our impact on the local power supply, this does have an affect on the the softness of the towels depending on the humidity.
