Because of recent developments, we have expanded upon our sanitizing procedure with CDC compliant methods, providing special attention to all frequently touched surfaces, such as light switches and doorknobs, and by requiring special equipment for the cleaning staff. HOUSE RULES: By accepting this booking you consent to fully comply with our House Rules. Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind inside the property- cigarettes, tobacco, marijuana, or vaping is against the house rules. Smoking is absolutely NOT ALLOWED inside. $500 fine and additional $200 cleaning fee will be added to your stay and charged to security deposit if found smoking in the house.
