Other things to note Questa is in the Sangre de Cristo Mountain Range and the weather swings 30-40 degrees in either direction, so be prepared for cold weather. We also periodically get lots of moisture and snow so bring appropriate garments. Shovels and salt are available to clear the snow from the patio and the path to the parking area. If you plan to hike into the surrounding wilderness, forest or bureau of land management areas, please be prepared with maps, flashlights, and first aid kits.
