Our 60 sqm apartment on the 1st floor is furnished to a high standard and offers all kinds of amenities. It is exclusively designed with laminate and tiles and can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. There is no smoking and no pets are permitted The space The apartment is furnished as follows: - the separate kitchen is high quality and fully equipped. - the bathroom has a bath tub with shower facility. At 10.30 pm is - the night lowering of the heating is switched on and do not bathe anymore - possibly. - in the living room you will find a sofa corner with large TV and a dining area - for 4 people. - one bedroom has a double bed. - Another bedroom has a bunk bed. - a washing machine incl. color detergent is available for a fee (5,-€ - available per wash cycle) - you will of course find a drying rack and -Cammers inside the apartment. - We are happy to lend you an iron and ironing board free of charge. - bed linen is provided once. - Towels are changed weekly. Please use only - In the apartment, a car parking space is available free of charge on the driveway. Our apartment is located in a quiet side street (30 km/h zone), about 5 km from the air spa town of Dangast. There are: 1 pharmacy 2 bank branches (Sparkasse, Raiffeisenbank) 1 post office (Postbank is in Varel approx. 3.5 km) 1 kiosk 2 bakers 1 butcher shop 1 snack bar 1 doctor 1 dentist Varel, the town between the forest and the sea, is about 3 km away and has 25,000 inhabitants. It offers very good shopping with a small downtown and several supermarkets. In addition, the Vareler harbor is an attractive attraction with very good seafood restaurants and the smallest pub in the world. On the way to the harbour, you will pass the windmill from 1847, where you will now find an extensive collection of local history. The spa town of Dangast is about 5 km away and offers many leisure activities, such as mini golf, guided mudflat hikes, a boat trip with the Etta from Dangast to the seal banks or the Wilhemshaven harbor, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool with sauna landscape directly by the sea, cafes and restaurants as well as of course the beach. In addition, in the old Kurhaus there is the famous rhubarb cake. For the keyword rhubarb cakes, family tapken, of which about five tons per year. Did you know that the owner of the Old Kurhaus, Karl-August Tapken, was awarded the Federal Cross of Merit? Partly because he has always made his private beach at the Alte Kurhaus accessible to the public and free of charge!!!
