The apartment has a large kitchen (induction cooker) with a "French" sofa bed, sleeping area with the possibility of a double bed or 2 single beds, bathroom. Green lawn in front of the house, chairs and deck chairs. The house enjoys a beautiful view of the mountains as well as a large lawn. The restoration of the house, maintaining the typical characteristic of the place, was carried out with the exclusive use of environmentally friendly material: hemp and lime for coat, zero varnish only wax, the windows insulated with cork and triple glass.
