The apartment Eva-Sole is on a beautiful place near the sea. Carefully decorated with love. On the quiet place in the family settlement. The atmosphere is not a typical tourist, the city center is close and you do not need a car. Nearness of the beach and the city, a big privat roof terrace, with sea view, two bedrooms, livingroom,a kitchen,in a quiet alley. The space Space is very spacious and decorated with taste. You have everything you need. You can go out on the terrace or balcony and enjoy the beautiful sea air. In this appartment you will enjoy in the long sunny days and quiet sommer nights watching the stars from the roof terrace. The appartment is on the second floor of our's family home App Eva. It includes two bedrooms (one has a double bed 180x190, and the other there are two single beds 90x190), livingroom (where the couch can be used as another bed, for one or two persons if needed, flat TV satellite reciever with usb connection), a small kitchen (with all necesary equipment, a fridge with a freezer, an owen, microwave, gas and electricity stove, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster), bathroom (shower, hairdryer, iron,) and two terraces (12 m/2, and 100 m/2 with louge set and a table for 6 people. The appartmant also includes Wifi Internet, and a free parking lot (around 70m). Guest access If you rent an apartment you have access to the entire area - kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom and terrace or balcony, and access to the grill in the backyard. Other things to note We wish you a sincere welcome in our family vacation home, Eva appartments is welcoming our guests since 1986. Our first guests were young parents when they first came to us, now they are bringing their grandchildren to collect marvelous memories on their own. Our vacation home is 200 meters from the sea, and the first settled beach is 600 m away. The city center is not further than a 5 minute walk. Our guest mostly park their car when they arrive, and forget about it for the rest of the holyday. In the morning you can walk down the local park, which leads to the nearest bakery which is less than 1km away. In one step you are on the city market filled with wonderfull homegrown fruits and vegetables of any kind, you can also buy domestic fish which they catched earlyer that day. In the next few blocks u can find everything you need. All kind of shops for daily supplies, change your money, get informed about all incoming trips and event's in the city and nearby, drink a good coffee, and/or try memorable cake in one of the many pastry and coffee shops. You can in choose which atmosphere you like to enjoy your time. And for bigger shopping there are Kaufland and Lidl with big parking lots for easyer transport. From our guesthouse , Eva Appartments to the nearest beach you can walk along the coast. You choose if it's either sun and warm rocks, or a quite shadow on the meadow. You can also rent a deck chair, drink a cold drink in the beach bar, and enjoy the untouched sea shore. The sea ground is relatively shallow, rocky and full of life, it's very amusing to dive and explore. The children will certainly spend all day wandering alond the rocks searching for tiny crabs or play table soccer, for the more sporty ones there's a free sand volleyball field, kajak renting, and surf camp. For the tireless there's also a jumping platform in the sea, all the kids are located there so the parent and elderly can peacefully enter in the water or rest on the coast reading a good book, or enyoing the quality music from the bar if they plese. Centainly, there are also events going on, like the volleyball tournament in Jun, or the local fest in August, where the locals prepare domestic Istrian specialties. In the evening after the beach you can make a fire in the fireplace in our garden, and enjoy in the peacefull summer nights in our family home, App Eva. Or you can choose one of many restourants which offer you a vide range of specialities, from meat, pizza's, or sea food's.. In the sorrounding villages you can find the best restorant's known for truffles, istrian famous prosciutto, cheese and vine, most of their menu is home grown foods. Pure hedonizm. Umag offers you also interesting night life, from theater nights, Jazz festivals, Sea star (rock, electronic music), and ATP tennis cup. Umag is declared as the city of sports 2018, so it offers you various way to recreate and spend your free time in the nature, outr coast is 6 km long, we offer you well organised bike paths by the sea, and in the hinterland there's also well known Parenzana, which connects Croatian, Slovenia, and Italy. The sorrounding's of our city offers variour road trips, for example two of the biggest water park sin Croatia, caves Mramornica and Baredine (which is famous for a mysterious endemic creature), boat tours through Lim fjord, or all the way to Venice.. We also suggest exploring exploring little cities in central Istria, which are world known for their particularities, such as Motovun, Grožnjan( the city of fine art's), Pazin, Hum.. and on the coast for the sea lovers, Rovinj, Poreč, Pula with their rich cultural history.. Staying in our family home, appartments Eva, You will certainly relax and enjoy, in order to get back home reneved and ready for the next work year.
