The space The house has two floors which are separated by a small built-in steps. The ground floor has a living room decorated in traditional rustic style with as it is kitchen. In the groundfloor there is also one bedroom, two bathrooms and toilet. On the first floor there are rest of bedrooms. The house is air conditioned, with WiFi and SAT / TV. Peace and privacy which this house provides can not be found everywhere. The sea is only 300 meters away, but guests can find refreshments in a private swimming pool which is surrounded by lounge chairs. And a stone grill is situated in the back of the garden, where you can prepare fresh local fish or a delicious piece of meat. Other things to note A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
