The space This lovely three bedroom apartment is located on the seafront in St Julians. This apartment overlooks the romantic bay of Spinola and also Malta's longest sea promenade that takes you all the way up to Sliema. It has three bedrooms, two separate bathrooms and a spacious kitchen dining living room with a balcony overlooking the sea. The first bathroom has both a bath and a seperate shower. The second bathroom has a bath with a handheld shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, cooker, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, all necessary cutlery and dishes. In the living there is a nice sofa and television with satellite, therefore one has a variety of channels to choose from. In the apartment you will also find fans in all the rooms, iron and ironing board, microwave oven and automatic washing machine. It is very romantic to sit in the living room or on the balcony to enjoy dinner facing the sea and at the same time watch sunset. The balcony is quite big and has a table with chairs. Apartment is conveniently located next to various bus stops, which allows full mobility to the entire island. Other amenities like supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, fast food outlets like McDonalds, McCafé, Pizza Hut are all within close walking distance. For the evening one can also enjoy a nice relaxing walk at the Portomaso Yacht Marina or enjoy the nightlife in Paceville since both are within walking distance from the apartment. The capital city Valletta is only 10 minutes by bus away. It is very nice and romantic to have dinner in one of the many international restaurants located around the bay of Spinola. Spinola Bay is a small bay which is characterized by the traditional colourful Maltese fishing boats called the ‘luzzu’.
