The swimming pool (10 x 5 m) with no large 140 m2 stone beach and the house pool welcome you for lazing around and aperitifs with very pleasant friends. The space The house, built on 2 levels, offers a large living room with fireplace, a beautiful kitchen and a comfortable dining area to gather as a family. A sleeping area on the ground floor with 3 suites while upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom (1 double bedroom with two single beds combined and a dorm room for children with 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds. The whole house is air-conditioned. For the 2024 season, after the kitchen is renovated, all the ground floor bedrooms have been renovated, as well as the floor and entrance. The creation of a foosball space completes this successful renovation. In the garden the swimming pool area welcomes you with many deckchairs and a pool house where it's good to lounge in the sofa. You also have a large covered terrace 20 m2 for your meals, communicating with the kitchen and the living room where a plancha is at your disposal. There is even a children's cabin, hidden under the trees. Finally, the wifi you will enjoy a very high speed fiber wi-fi connection.
