In addition, the 1-room studio apartment has its own outdoor entrance and can therefore be rented independently. This includes a big terrace and balcony. The modern fitted kitchens are equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, table grill and water cooker. There is also a washing machine, smart TV with satellite programs, DVD player and mini stereo with CD player for free use. Free WiFi connection is also provided. Every room is equipped with an individually remotely controllable air conditioning and central heating. There is plenty of private parking space in front of the entrance gate. The nearest beach VRILO and the harbor promenade are within a few minutes' walk. The directly opposite supermarket LIDL offers excellent shopping opportunities.
