The space Modern cottage in a lovely setting, perfect for couples or a family of up to 6 Anchor Down Cottage is situated on Seaford Avenue, a quiet corner of the Bay with a patio, large communal lawn and boules court to the rear. This beautifully appointed semi-detached holiday cottage accommodates up to six people. Enter through the front door to the hallway with a downstairs cloakroom and stairs off. Through the door to the right into the lounge /dining / kitchen with wall-mounted TV/DVD, two sofas, tub chair, dining table and chairs, and galley kitchen with tassimo coffee machine, tall fridge-freezer, and other home comforts. French doors in the dining area lead onto the south-facing patio with wooden patio furniture and brick built BBQ. Upstairs is the master bedroom with new kingsize bed, plenty of storage, and TV. There is a further twin bedroom with two full-size single beds, storage and TV. There is also a light and airy bathroom with shower over the bath. There is a sofa bed in the lounge if needed so we can sleep up to 6. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property and also any amenities and activities offered by The Bay Resort Filey (charges may apply for some booked activities). You will have access to free parking on the resort. The pool, sauna, steam room and gym are all free to use (subject to availability). No refunds are made if any resort amenities are closed/unavailable. Other things to note Parking is on a first-come first served basis and therefore we cannot guarantee a space directly outside your accommodation unless the property has its own space - please ask if unsure from the description. There is on resort support via reception most days 9am-5pm and security overnight 7pm to 6am usually. The Bay is a very dog-friendly resort but XL Bullies and banned breeds are not allowed. Dogs must be kept on a lead/under control and grounds are generally open so this is not the place if you need an enclosed private garden.
