A wonderfully warm and bright holiday home 10 min walk from the beach. 2024 renovated conservatory with newly landscaped terrace. Sheltered sunny garden. Shops, restaurants within cycling distance. Bike rental near duynhille next to our park. Playground and snack bar in the park at 5 min. Indoor swimming pool at 10 min: aquamundo The space Bedrooms The cottage has three bedrooms. Two of them are upstairs. One with two single beds and one with a double bed ( and a single single bed). The third bedroom is on the ground floor with a single bed that can be extended to a double bed. The room will be full. In the living room there's a sofa. All beds are provided with comforters and pillows (for 7 people total). You must bring your own linen. ( all mattresses and duvets are single, except 1 mattress above which is double) Bathrooms There are two bathrooms. On the ground floor is a bath room with shower, toilet and washbasin. Upstairs a bathroom with bath tub, toilet and sink. Hair dryer, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. Is available. There are no towels. Kitchen In the kitchen is an oven and dishwasher, coffee maker, milk frother, toaster, mixer and of course plates, glasses, pans and cutlery. Tea towels, dish towels and towels please bring your own. Living room and dining room Here are the sofa bed and the TV hangs. The TV is connected to cable and there is Wifi ( password in book in house) There is a spacious wooden dining table with 8 chairs. There are 4 stools at the dining bar. There is an extra sitting area in the conservatory with a nice sofa. The conservatory has underfloor heating. The garden Here is a table for 4-6 people, a spacious lounge set ( pillows are inside the garden house) There is also a lovely fatboy hammock that is located in the garden shed. In the shed there is also a bollard cart to take with you to the beach. There's a lock on it. Please use this if you have to leave the buggy/bike somewhere. also bicycles may be used. These could be broken. Zoja has a bicycle repair shop at landal. There is also a bbq, parasol Mexican garden fireplace and fire pit. Please clean everything after use. Unfortunately, the BBQ is never cleaned very well, so sanding yourself before use is often necessary. The grid has been newly replaced in May 2024. Small pond in the garden. Small children Next to the wagon ( in black shed) which is handy to take things for the kids to the beach, we also have a travel cot, plastic crockery and a high ikea high chair for the little ones. In the cabinet under the TV there are games and books. Wi-Fi free of charge. Guest access Everything in and around the cottage is accessible to guests except the private closet downstairs in the bedroom and stock under the stairs. Please feel free to use everything. There is one cupboard in the downstairs bedroom please don’t use the stuff in here. The supplies under the stairs are private too. Please use everything. Only the things in the closet under the stairs please not this is our stock. Other things to note In Ouddorp you can walk, bike and swim along 17 km of beach. 17 km walking cycling beach to swim along ouddorp. 17 km running, cycling along The Beach. ———————- There are several beach tents and play areas for children on the beach. Several dining places en play areas on beach. Lots of beach clubs with play sets for kids. ——————— On the ditches you can practice various water sports: sailing, windsurfing, diving, souping... on the beach there are special areas where kitesurfing and surfing are practiced. Sailing, surfing, supping, kite surfing etc. —————————- Animals and parties are not allowed in our cottage. Parking next to the house is allowed to load and unload. At 100 m from the house is a parking lot. linen for beds bathroom and kitchen bring your own ( fitted sheets, towels and tea towels) No pets or parties allowed in our house. Very strict control. Parking next to the house to load and unload after that park at 2 minutes walk parking area. Bring own linnen: towels , sheets and bedcovers, teatowels. Animals and parties are not allowed in our house. Parking is possible in the vicinity of the house. Next to the house parking for (un)loading.
