Our home is constructed in an interesting manner. We are renting the TOP of our home which includes 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. We also have a large living room, large dinning table, and a large balcony, where you can have dinner outside or even BBQ on the balcony. Our home is located in a very peaceful, beautiful part of La Mesa. La Mesa is the perfect location to live; everything is 20 minutes away; from downtown, to the beach, and mountains; with the 94 highway only 3 minutes away. The space Our house is a 2 story house, but we only rent out the top portion of home. Since our house is on a hill, the top portion of the home is where the main front door entryway is. We live in the downstairs portion of the home and have our own entry that is separate. We are separated by a staircase/hallway, and some doors. We do not share any rooms, bathroom, kitchen, nor dining rooms. You receive the entire top portion of the home which includes its own 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining, living space and deck.
