The chalet is brand new, very well equipped (kitchen, dishes, microwave, electric coffee maker, dishwasher, TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner) and functional. A reading of the electricity and water meters will be made on arrival and departure. Any excess EDF (above 70Kw) water (above 3m3) will be payable upon departure.
