The airy lounge with views to the sea opens out onto a large front balcony – just right for sunbathing or watching the sun setting over the Isle of Wight. The dining room also boasts a large back balcony overlooking the courtyard garden, well placed for catching the early morning sun and eating al fresco. The entire Marineside development is extremely child friendly and there is a large grass area to the front of the property perfect for the kids and in full view of the front balcony for sunbathing parents.
