We’re a small 1950s boutique motel in a tranquil setting just 1.5 miles outside of downtown Portsmouth and Kittery Foreside. Pull up and park directly in front of your room. In need of some fresh Maine air? Open the windows in your room, or get your fill while sitting outside on our gazebo, by our outdoor salt water pool (early June to mid Sept) or in our grassy common area. Guest access We are a boutique hotel with some common areas set up for our guests to enjoy. These include an outdoor salt water pool, grassy area, brick patio, gazebo, and outdoor breakfast seating area.
