Relax in the Penthouse at El Flamboyan! 8 minutes walk gets you to Playa Popy, and 8 minutes walk to the heart of Las Terrenas! This is indoor/outdoor living at it's finest, with your own small, private pool to keep you cool all week long! There are multiple seating areas with custom local furniture and plenty of room to hang out both indoors and outdoors. The bedrooms and bungalow have air-conditioning. The space This penthouse has 5 bedrooms total. One of the bedrooms is a separate one bedroom bungalow with it's own bathroom that is automatically included if your booking is for 8 people or more. If you have less than 8 people this bungalow will be locked. There is a small private pool, a beautiful indoor outdoor dining space, and a cozy living room for relaxing. The house is indoor outdoor living, it is bright and airy and perfect for a carribean vacation. On occasion we may have lizards or bugs because of the open air living. We find it enchanting! Guest access We have three parking spots available. Other things to note No pets allowed. No loud music or parties. Maximum 10 guests. Please only smoke outside on the terrace. Lost towels or missing towels will charged a $25USD replacement fee. Electricity is charged separately at check out based on consumption. Price per KW is RD $15 This can be paid in cash at checkout or through Airbnb. By accepting the reservation the client understands and accepts that during the period of stay the electricity and water supplies occasionally can be cut off for various reasons decided upon by the water and electric company. This unfortunately is beyond our control and no kind of compensation or reimbursement will be granted for these reasons. The guest is aware that these are part of the reality of the Dominican Republic, as well as natural disasters of various kinds and that these issues will not be sufficient reason to benefit from any kind of compensation or reimbursement.
