Out the front door, you are just two blocks from the bike path that winds through the trees along the lake. With ample parking for your boat or RV, you'll be cozy in this freshly remodeled (2021) 2 bed, 1 bath home, with a large yard, covered deck with grill and outdoor dining. The space There is a large parking area in front of the garage for your boat or camper. Inside, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms, one with a king, one with a twin over full bunk bed. One couch pulls out into a full-size bed, the other couch is big enough for an adult to sleep on, and extra bedding and pillows are available. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and there is a grill on the deck. There’s a coffee bar with coffee, hot chocolate, K-cups, and creamer and half and half. Guest access Enjoy the covered deck with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, park your boat in the driveway, and play croquet or Cornhole in the large side yard. The basement has an extra shower you are welcome to use. Other things to note We do allow dogs, but there is a pet cleaning fee of $50. Dogs are not allowed on the beds or furniture. There is a large crate available in the front closet, and we ask that you crate your dog when you’re not in the house. We do not allow cats due to allergies. Please clean up after your dog. Doggie waste bags are provided by the front door, and there's a pooper-scooper by the back deck. Please do not clean your fish or game at the house.
