This 2 bedroom condo is the perfect accommodation for 6 guests. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom, are fully airconditioned, have great closet space and each bedroom has it's own TV. The master bedroom also has a balcony with great garden view. It has a queen bed and a sofa bed so this bedroom can sleep 3 guests. The second bedroom has a single bed and a queen bed so can sleep 3 guests as well. The large living area is fully airconditioned as well so you can cool down after a long day sunbathing at the beach. There is a nice dining area for you to enjoy your meals at home. Our condo offers a fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge, gas stove, pots and pans, microwave, coffeemaker, and blender, anything you need to comfortably prepare meals, it's there! As you can see in our photos, our condo has been newly refurbished and painted and everything is BRAND NEW. From the moment you drive up to the automated fence and park into your own private parking spot, you are steps away from your own private front patio with BBQ area. You ALSO have a patio in the back with a nice table to dine outside and your patio overlooks a beautiful and serene garden. From your garden you walk in about 40 steps to the community pool. The pool is beautiful and fresh and has lots of seats around the pool, as well as tables and chairs in the shade under a cabana. During the night, there is security at the condominium and we also have a safe so you can store your valuables. We are masters in cleanliness, so this condo is spotless. We have a washer and dryer for you at our condo so you can pack light. Did we already mention we have very nice and comfortable Tommy Bahama beach chairs? This saves you a bundle on beach chair rentals. We also have a cooler for you and beach towels, as well as bath towels. Our condo is only a minute walk to Eagle Beach and the Alahambra Casino with a great mall with restaurants, coffeeshops, spa's and anything you need. Guest access Guests have access to their own condo and all the common areas. Other things to note We highly recommend you take out travel insurance as soon as you book your trip as this provides you with immediate cover for unforeseen emergencies. Travel insurance helps cover financial loss associated with surprise circumstances that could ruin a trip, including illness, injury, accidents, flight or other transportation delays, and other issues. Please understand that if you do not have travel insurance, any losses because of emergencies will be at your own risk and we uphold our VRBO or Airbnb cancellation policy and only refund according to those policies. Your water and electricity is INCLUDED in your rental. However, we do take meter readings and ask our guests to be energy concious and report running toilets, turn off AC when the rooms are not in use. On behalf of Casa Mia, we place a ‘welcome package’ in your home for the first few days of your rental. These items include toilet paper (2 rolls per toilet), kitchen paper (1), dishwashing sponge (1), dishwashing liquid, handsoap and garbage bags (5). We also have coffee, sugar, tea, coffee filters and some detergent for the a few washes. Our homes also have a decent amount of condiments and spices for cooking. These items come and go, so the inventory is not consistent. Should any of these items run out during your stay, you would have to purchase these at your own expense. We also provide linen for the beds, 1 big and one small bath towel and 1 one beach towel per guest, a cooler and beach chairs to take to the beach. We do not provide an umbrella since they tend to be hazardous with the strong winds in Aruba, they break within a day. All watersport huts rent lounge chairs and large heavy duty parasols. We might have inflatable pool floats or other things like snorkel masks, however, guests also break them and loose them all the time, other guests do leave some again, so we cannot guarantee their presence. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board are present in our home. We do not supply washcloths, shampoo, body wash and conditioner in our bathrooms. CAR RENTAL: We highly recommend renting a car while on vacation in Aruba. The heat makes even small distances uncomfortable to walk, especially carrying beach chairs, towels, coolers, beach bag, floats and other things that make your beach time more enjoyable. Getting sunburned walking back from the beach may negatively affect your entire vacation. Furthermore, the roads are a bit dark at night and since everyone drives everywhere, most roads have no sidewalks so you walk in the sand next to the roads. Driving is easy in Aruba! Traffic is slow and the island is very small (you drive from one tip of the island to the other tip in 45 minutes!) so you can't really get lost. And maybe the most import reason to rent a car: you will get to see so much more of Aruba and make the most out of your vacation. TAXI SERVICE: Taxi service is great, very fast and safe, but leaving the house a few times a day for groceries, beach visits and restaurants might cost more in the end than renting a car, so you might as well rent a car and enjoy the luxury to have 24 hour transportation at your fingertips. Please be aware taxis are not allowed to take on more than 5 passengers, so for large groups it will cost you 4 taxis for a round trip out of the house.
