A 3 burner propane Weber grill is filled and ready for you to cook in the fresh air and a propane fire pit for enjoying some warmth on a chilly night. The closet stores an additional tank of propane as well as outdoor games. Back inside, the floorplan flows easily into the comfortable living room that boasts a buttery leather sofa, relaxing chair and soft poufs. Enjoy the living room fireplace (safe electric conversion with heat option) and wet bar/coffee station while listening to streaming music on the Sonos soundbar or a movie on the 65" 4K Roku Smart TV. A powder room is also on the first floor off the entry hallway. An office desk and chair setup is connected to the closet in case you need to get caught up on some work (complete with task light, outlets and high-speed USB ports). In the full size closet you'll find a portable mini fridge, laundry hamper, velvet touch hangers, hanging open drawers, steam iron with ironing board and an electronic safe. Parking for two vehicles is included and available directly in front of our home with auxiliary parking 1500 feet away.
