Remodeled duplex (you get a whole side all to yourself), two private bedrooms with queen beds. I have a roll away bed also for the young ones or additional person with request.. We are about a 8-10 min ride to convention center, stadiums, and only a short walk or bike ride to cultural district and other local establishments. Wifi, full kitchen, laundry in basement, 1 TV, pretty much anything you need. Guest access You get the whole place. Ok to use street gazebo and grill also. Other things to note Keep in mind you are not in a Hotel. We don't press or iron sheets. Every corner of a floor may not get polished even though the floors are cleaned. We are pet friendly which means there could be a stray hair that blows out from somewhere. You must be able to read instructions to access the property. If any of these things are issues, DO NOT RENT. We do our best to keep things neat and clean, but we are not perfect.
