Between Charny, Aillant sur Tholon and Toucy near the centers of interest of the Puisaye: Colette, Saint Fargeau, le Bourdon, Rogny les sept écluses… you can enjoy hiking, biking, fishing, the Golf de Roncenay around the gîte a few minutes or from the equestrian centers. On the ground floor, fitted kitchen (fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, Senseo ...) with direct access to the terrace with garden furniture and the private garden; adjoining dining room open to the living room: fireplace, TV, sofa bed, library / board games corner.
