We welcome you to enjoy our newly renovated and furnished home on the beautiful North Fork of Long Island. Located about 90 miles from Manhattan, our home offers amenities such as brand new kitchen appliances, granite countertops, gas grill, air conditioning, indoor/outdoor Sonos speaker system, flat screen televisions in every room, WiFi and an outdoor projection tv. With an open concept layout, 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, our home is perfect for families and couples. The space During the summer months, guests can enjoy swimming in our salt water pool that sits on just under an acre of beautiful landscaped grounds. Centrally located between The Long Island Sound and Peconic Bay, both beaches are about two miles from the house. We provide all of the bed linens needed for your stay. *Please bring your own bath, pool, and beach towels. Our home is located just minutes from many of the North Fork Wineries. We love the convenience of Macari Vineyards (across the street) as well as their top rated wine and kid friendly atmosphere. Martha Clara Vineyards (1 mile), Jamesport Brewery (1.5 miles), and Laurel Lake Vineyards (1.7 miles) are a few other local wineries. Just down the road is Harbes Family Farm. Just west of our home is the nearby town of Riverhead. There you will find Restaurants, Tanger Outlets, Riverhead Raceway, Splish Splash Waterpark and the Long Island Aquarium. If you head east, you will find the historic Greenport Village. There you can enjoy Waterfront dining, Museums, Ice Skating, Shopping and the Antique Carousel.
