Welcome, dear vacationers! Our "Schlossberg apartment" is brand new and modern (see pictures) and very well equipped. We have a wonderful panoramic view of the vineyards from a covered balcony. The rental price is of course including laundry, towels and operating costs, incl. Wireless Internet access. The final cleaning costs € 40. The city tax is 1.50 € / night and person. Our apartments are located in the 'South Styrian Wine Country' nature park, in a promising secluded location, on the Hohenegg hill. The apartment is idyllically located between the vineyard and the edge of the forest. In terms of equipment and ambience, it follows our motto: 'Nature + Comfort'. Comfort means: the apartments have been renovated in style and are comfortably furnished with solid wood furniture. As well as fully equipped with high-quality electrical appliances, dishes, laundry etc. Winery information: The historic winery is located in the 'Südsteirisches Weinland' nature park on the Hohenegg hill, 1.4 km from the center of Leutschach / Schloßberg. The winery has 3ha of vineyards in the best south-facing slope, which are planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Welschriesling. The management by the tenant is ecological. The Schlossberg apartment was set up in a stylish new building. Excursions, activities: Graz, with all cultural possibilities, from opera to concerts, theater to jazz and an incomparable old town can be easily reached by car in 45 minutes. Other destinations are Marburg, Ptui! (Slovenia), Leibnitz, Bad Radkersburg (thermal baths), Kitzeck, the Riegersburg and many other sights. Vienna is only 190 km away. Activities include hiking, cycling, tennis, swimming, horse riding, etc. (Murstätten) and scenic flights. We are of course happy to answer any further questions you may have.
