The decor reflects the local flavor. The condo is on the second floor in this building, accessed by a stairway with handrails. This condo is NOT handicap-accessible. Guest access Free common area washer, dryer, folding area and ironing board/iron. Each condo has access to the rooftop terrace. There is private street access into the first floor, where the condos have a common hall and stairway to the units above, with private entry to each individual condo. This property is NOT handicap accessible. For guest safety and security, there are several security cameras located in the hallways. Other things to note THIS UNIT IS AVAILABLE TO RENT FOR A MINIMUM OF 14 NIGHTS. This unit is not on the ground floor and requires stairs to access. Therefore, it is NOT handicap accessible. There are smoke detectors in each unit, as well as the laundry area. Carbon monoxide detectors are not present because the units are completely electric, with no open flames.
