Set in a typical classified village in the triangle of Uzès, Nîmes and Alès, and newly refurbished to a high standard, this charming natural stone apartment has a large south facing terrace and adjoining garden with a 9 x4m private salt water swimming pool. Not suitable for wheelchair. Guests can expect to walk up and down stairs during their stay. Very quiet environment, extensive views of the Gard countryside and close to local village (Moussac at 2.5km) and organic vineyard, and only 15km to Picturesque Uzès. Master bedroom with king size bed, the second bedroom has 2 twin beds (90x200), all with feather/down duvets/pillows and crisp linen. The bathroom includes an italian shower, double vasques, washing machine, hairdryer. The newly fully fitted kitchen is complete with modern appliances including a dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, conventional oven, gas hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and leads out onto a south facing terrace. A plancha and barbecue are available on the large terrace which overlooks the garden and pool, where there are sunbeds and both space to sunbathe or relax in the shade. You will have a relaxing and memorable stay in peaceful surroundings, where modern comfort is combined with the character and charm of a traditional French home. The extra thick stone walls ensure a cool interior and a good night's sleep even in the height of summer.
