Our beach house looks out over the ocean from East to West. It has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, dresser, and has it's own bathroom with double sinks, closet, hangers, and ocean views. Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, has it's own bathroom, closet, HDTV Smart TV with Netflix , chairs, and ocean views. Bedroom #3 has 2 queen beds, has its own bathroom, closet, nightstands, and a mini refrigerator, a microwave, HDTV Smart TV with NetflixAC & Heat located downstairs The space Our home is located on the most beautiful beach in Mexico. I have an amazing kitchen area with a separate island with 4 tall wicker bar stools. This is a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you will need to cook the largest of meals. Plenty of Pots and Pans /Platters, Serving utensils, grilling tongs, Coffee Pot, Keurig coffee maker, Coffee, Tea, Sugar, Creamer, BBQ is right outside the back door. Spices, S/P foil, foil pans medium and large, plastic food rap, Olive oil cooking spray, Wesson oil. I have beach chairs, rafts, boogie boards, sand castle toys, You'll find Sand dollars, Sea biscuits, Sea fans, tons and tons of shells. We have 24 hour security who are all trained in AED & CPR Other things to note OFF ROAD VEHICLES, ATV's BELONGING TO RENTERS AND NON HOMEOWNERS ARE NOT AL LOWED WITHIN THE PROPERTY. NO FIREWORKS OR BONFIRES ALLOWED ($500 FINE ENFORCED) NO VEHICLES ALLOWED ON THE BEACH OR DUNES. NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 16 MAY DRIVE ANY VEHICLES PER MEXICAN LAW. SPEED LIMIT IS 15 MPH IN ALL AREAS OF THE PROPERTY.
