This fully furnished property has 2 spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and an additional toilet for guest. The house has wifi, cable TV, AC in each room including the living room, running water, a shower, water heater, washing machine, microwave, cooker and a fridge/freezer. Relax in the evening, with a cool drink on the porch and set up a barbecue for yourself and some friends and enjoy your evening in a cool and relaxing environment. Available for a short-term or long-term stay. located 10 minutes from Owerri town. *Please note there is strictly no smoking policy inside the apartment but smoking is allowed on the porch using ashtrays provided.
