The space The house is a 1935 cottage, in typical Cape style, with charming details and attention to design throughout. The house has been recently redecorated and updated. The yard features several lovely garden beds, filled with day lilies, hydrangea, zinnias, tulips, lilacs and daffodils, depending on the time of year. There are multiple spaces in the garden - a table with cafe chairs for meals, a shaded bench to watch the pond and the hummingbirds, Adirondack chairs with extended footrests to sunbathe and read - to suit every mood.
