The large great room is complete with a beautiful coupla highlighted with LED lighting for evening fun. The spacous kitchen has new appliances throughout, a full size refrigerator, beverage refrigerator, and a bonus extra refrigerator in the garage. Plenty of space for a large crowd. Two patio areas and a large grill to fully enjoy your stay. The space Our home was constructed to accommodate multiple families. All 3 en suite bedrooms (with king beds) have Smart TV's in addition to the family room. Two hair dryers are provided. All sheets and bathroom towels also provided. Kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, plenty of pots and pans, and 2 crock pots. Remember to bring your spices and condiments, but a Sam's Club or Super Ley run is always an option if you forget something. A 5 gallon water cooler is provided for drinking. Plates and silverware are provided, but you may prefer to bring paper plates and plastic disposable silverware to reduce time cleaning up the kitchen. The family room has a queen pullout bed in the couch and there is plenty of room for a blow up air mattress as well (great place to have a giant slumber party for the kids). Don't forget your beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas for full day in the sun! Working vacation? Wi-Fi is available in the home for those who need to stay connected and still get a little work accomplished while enjoying the beach. Other things to note Can-Amz and ATVs are not allowed in the community. If you want to bring them down they must park outside the guard gate
