Don’t fret, there’s a 24-hour check-in available for your convenience. Other things to note Non-smoking policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the suites or in the building’s premises. Breaking Dharma’s non-smoking policy would result in a $500 fine. 5th guest: $50 per night. NOTICE: The rooftop is not part of the apartment. It's a shared space accessible by all Dharma guests staying in the building. PLEASE NOTE: The property surroundings, both north and west of our property, have recently started city-approved architectural and engineering construction work, therefore, we expect varying degrees of noise and/or vibration in our building as a consequence of this major development.
